故障原因
通过对部分系统发生蓝屏时，产生的dump文件进行分析。（通常蓝屏dump文件产生路径：“CWindowsminidump”文件夹下。会有如下报错信息：

通过上面的报错信息，即可知道，此类蓝屏故障是由于声卡驱动程序中的“RtkHDAud.sys”文件导致的。故障机器系统中的声卡驱动版本为：“5.10.0.5413”等。
